Since the South Sudan crisis erupted in December 2013 to today, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in South Sudan has provided immediate and lifesaving assistance to displaced and vulnerable people across the country. As of 9 July 2015, needs in South Sudan remained immense, with 1.6 million people internally displaced, more than 600,600 seeking shelter in neighbouring countries, and millions more affected by violence, lack of food, malnutrition, disrupted livelihoods and economic stress.

This video tells the story of those affected by the crisis and displays the work of the Mission and our dedicated teams, who deliver aid and assistance to vulnerable populations across the country. We extend our deepest thanks to all the donors and partners who make this work possible.
